Warranty & Returns

We no longer offer a Lifetime Warranty on our tumbler products. We now offer a 30-day Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please see below for details.

30-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty against defects in the integrity of the top cup seal and decoration for 30-days from date of purchase under normal use. Any cracks that occur because of drops, misuse, abuse, or other extraordinary events are not covered by this warranty.

Normal use excludes use in newer high-temperature drying dishwashers. If you have one of these new types of dishwashers, do not use it to clean the drinkware. Only hand-washing is recommended. (New high temperature dishwashers now dry contents by as much as 20-degrees higher than older models. This higher temperature may cause the seal to crack due to the additional pressure created by the heat.)

Warranty exchanges must also include a Check or Money Order for return shipping of the cup(s) to the originator. Include your name, phone number, address and email address inside the box so that we can contact you if there are any issues. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return of the repaired/replacement tumbler(s) or product(s).

(1) Tumbler = $10.00

(2) Tumblers = $15.00

(3) Tumblers = $20.00

(4) Tumblers = $25.00

Note: To ensure that sanitary integrity is maintained in the new tumbler(s), we regret that we may not be able to reuse the existing decoration in the replacement tumbler(s). This is also subject to decoration availability. If that is the case, we can instead select a similar design style, or send a clear tumbler if a similar design is not available or desired.

Tumbler Returns & Refunds

Products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase ONLY if the item is unused and still in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs in addition to a 15% re-stocking fee. All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.

If any returns do not meet these requirements:

The buyer will be contacted, refunds or store credits will not be issued, and any additional shipping costs to return ineligible item(s) will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us images of the damaged items. After we receive images of the damaged items, we will evaluate the issue and ship a replacement or issue a credit as needed.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, there are no cancellations as each order is “made to order.” If you receive your item and still do not want it, you can return it for store credit (see “Returns & Refunds” above).

Face Shield Returns

Due to the nature of our Face Shield products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of these products. *All Face Shield sales are final.*
