Is this site secure?

Yes. We guarantee that every transaction you make is 100% safe and all of your information is confidential. Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

FREEHEART collects sales tax on orders shipped to any state which requires that local sales tax be added to the order on remote purchases, including any shipping charges. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and duties from their respective country.

What is the FREEHEART Warranty?

We guarantee your tumbler against any manufacturing defects. See our warranty page for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to the Contiguous United States.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. We have a $45 minimum order.

How do I update my address?
